Oversee the planning and delivery of ongoing and future DHCC developments, ensuring alignment with approved strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Direct the end-to-end development lifecycle, covering feasibility, master planning, design, procurement, construction, contractual matters, and project handover.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, investors, sub-developers, tenants, authorities, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery and stakeholder outcomes.

Monitor engineering activities, technical reviews, fit-out permits, site inspections, claims, variations, payment certifications, and resolution of project-related issues.

Administer investor and sub-developer due diligence, negotiations, contractual arrangements, and stakeholder relationships through project completion and handover.

Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, controls, policies, procedures, SLAs, and agreements to promote compliance, efficiency, and effective risk management.

Maintain and oversee development data, land transactions, and investor records to facilitate due diligence, reporting, and informed business decision-making.

Evaluate development opportunities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop feasibility studies, development plans, and recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement across development processes, project controls, and delivery practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and asset value.

Facilitate the preparation of project budgets, phasing strategies, cash flow projections, procurement plans, and development schedules in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
